The Fall Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between day and night—a powerful time to pause, reflect, and align. As we transition from the expansive energy of summer to the grounding energy of fall, this workshop invites you to honor the harvest in your life, both literal and spiritual, and to set intentions for balance and gratitude.

Join us for an all-levels yoga practice that blends gentle movement and mindful breathwork, helping you ground your energy and embrace the shift of seasons. We’ll explore themes of equilibrium, letting go, and gratitude through movement and meditation.

Following our practice, you’ll be guided through a reflective intention-setting ritual and optional journaling to honor what you’ve cultivated this year—and to release what no longer serves as we move toward the darker half of the year. You’ll have the option to create Equinox water or a take-home token to anchor your seasonal intentions.

You’ll then be led through the creation of your very own Abundance Bowl—a beautiful and symbolic arrangement of natural elements, crystals, affirmations, and tokens designed to attract and hold your intentions.

Your Abundance Bowl will become a personal altar and energetic anchor, serving as a daily reminder of the abundance you are welcoming into your life.

To close, we’ll participate in a gentle Solstice Ritual—lighting candles, setting intentions for the season ahead, and creating Solstice water or a symbolic token to remind you of your inner light and resilience through winter.
