Winter Solstice Yoga & Ritual – Stillness & Light Within
The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year—a time of deep stillness, reflection, and inner light. This sacred turning point invites us to pause, honor the darkness, and celebrate the slow return of the sun. In this cozy and contemplative workshop, we’ll come together to rest, restore, and renew.
Our evening will begin with a slow, nourishing yoga practice and guided meditation designed to support rest and introspection. We’ll explore themes of release, hope, and renewal, tapping into the quiet magic of winter and the light that lives within us.
To close, we’ll participate in a gentle Solstice Ritual—lighting candles, setting intentions for the season ahead, and creating Solstice water or a symbolic token to remind you of your inner light and resilience through winter.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or cozy layers, a candle (optional), and a water-safe jar. Journals and any personal ritual items are welcome. No yoga experience needed—just bring your open heart.
