August Full Moon Yoga Workshop – Sturgeon Moon: Patience & Wisdom
As summer begins to shift toward harvest season, the Sturgeon Moon invites us to pause, reflect, and trust in the natural timing of life. Known for its connection to ancient wisdom and perseverance, this full moon is a powerful time to ground yourself and align with your inner knowing.
Join us for a calming, all-levels yoga flow designed to help you release restlessness and reconnect with patience, presence, and trust. Following our movement practice, we’ll move into a guided meditation and intention-setting session focused on embracing life’s rhythms and honoring the wisdom within.
To close, you’ll create your own moon water—infused with your personal intentions and the lunar energy of reflection and patience. Take it home as a sacred reminder of your journey and a tool for deepening your connection to self and spirit.
