Join us for a full weekend of movement, mindfulness, and community at our Open House Weekend! Whether you’re new to our studio or a longtime student, this is the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of classes, meet our incredible teachers, and experience the many ways yoga and mindful movement can support your well-being.
Each class is free to attend — come for one, or stay for the whole day! Discover new styles, reconnect with your practice, and enjoy a weekend filled with inspiration, joy, and connection.
