Yoga Nidra is an ancient, science-supported practice designed to leave you feeling deeply refreshed, restored, and renewed. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” this guided experience invites the body and mind into a profound state of relaxation by calming the sympathetic nervous system and activating the body’s natural healing response through the parasympathetic nervous system.
