Through posture precision, breath connection, and thoughtful transitions, you’ll leave feeling energized, centered, and aligned. Class includes functional mobility work and alignment cues with plenty of options to meet your body where it is.

This donation-based class offers a space for recent yoga teacher grads to grow their voice while giving back to the community. Proceeds from each month’s classes go to a rotating local charity—so your presence supports both new teachers and meaningful causes.
