I Am Enough
At The Mantra Room, we believe yoga is more than movement. It is a practice of remembering who we truly are. Sometimes, the most powerful mantra isn’t in Sanskrit but in three simple words: I am enough.
In a world that often asks us to do more, give more, and be more, this reminder is a soft landing. It calls us back to our breath, back to our body, back to the present moment. When we repeat it, we quiet the noise and reconnect with the truth that our worth has always been here.
I am enough does not mean we stop growing. Instead, it creates the space to grow from a place of peace rather than pressure. It allows us to embrace life’s flow, knowing that we do not need to prove anything to belong.
