Tina Rice

Tina is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has been practicing yoga for many years. She holds a black belt in mixed martial arts and has experience with a variety of fitness programs. After seeking a more balanced and mindful lifestyle, she completed her 200-hour RYT teacher training.

As a wife and mother, Tina understands how busy and demanding life can be. She believes yoga is truly for everyone and that its benefits extend far beyond the mat. Through her teaching, she helps students cultivate harmony, mindfulness, self-care, and inspiration in their daily lives.

Yoga offers a powerful way to build body awareness while strengthening muscles, increasing flexibility, and calming the mind. Tina’s classes encourage students to reconnect with themselves and find balance both physically and mentally.
