Sade Pramberger

Sade (pronounced shah-day) first began her yoga practice in March of 2020, when both her job as an early childhood educator and the world, hit a total pause. 

Throughout this exploration of everyday yoga, she quickly realized how beneficial it was to her overall well-being. 

Yoga became a crucial part of her life, and the more she learned about it, the more passionate she became. Sade achieved her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through YogaRenew in 2024, and she is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all to experience how beneficial yoga is to the mind, body and spirit.
