Meg Bakken
Meg discovered yoga as a way to manage stress and find greater balance, clarity, and grounding in daily life. Through dedicated practice and study, she has developed a teaching style that is safe, supportive, and inclusive for all bodies and experience levels.
She has completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, along with certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Sound Bath facilitation. Meg believes that yoga is for everyone—that each person is ready for yoga exactly as they are and deserves access to its many benefits.
Her classes encourage students to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and enjoy the process with curiosity and compassion. Meg looks forward to practicing with you soon.
