Amanda Stark
Amanda is someone who likes old and new things, fancy glassware, sunshine, and good conversation. She finds joy in arranging flowers, brewing a perfect cup of coffee, and moving her body because she believes there is an opportunity to find beauty in each breath and each sensation.
Amanda has been a student of yoga for over 15 years and brings that experience into her life on and off the mat. She has studied a wide variety of yoga disciplines and various fitness modalities which she weaves together for a class that is rooted in tradition yet unexpected, strong yet playful, mindful yet never too serious. She is inspired by the potential of our bodies and encourages students to safely find a sense of personal exploration and maybe even surprise themselves.
Amanda is a registered yoga teacher, having completed her 200hr training through Flow Yoga International in Cambutal, Panama.
